しかし、多くの人が「こうあるべき」という見えないルールによって、自分らしさを少しずつ手放しています。
NOT CONVENTIONALは、その境界を越えるクリエイションを生み出します。
誰かと違うことではなく、自分らしくあることを肯定できる世界へ。
一人ひとりの個性が尊重され、価値観の違いが共感へ変わり、多様な人々が自然につながるコミュニティを育んでいく。

We feel uneasy about the boundaries of “normal” and “expected” that society has created.
Gender, generation, culture, trends, values.
People, by their very nature, cannot be defined by a single category.
Yet, many people are gradually letting go of their true selves due to unseen rules dictating “how things should be.”
NOT CONVENTIONAL creates work that transcends those boundaries.
Toward a world where being true to oneself is celebrated—not just being different from others.
We aim to foster a community where each individual’s uniqueness is respected, differences in values are transformed into empathy, and diverse people connect naturally.
Through NOT CONVENTIONAL’s creative work, we will forge new values.
