We, unfortunately, do not offer gift wrapping service on NOT CONVENTIONAL WEBSTORE at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

* We offer a gift wrapping service only when you pick your order up at a store. We may offer gift wrapping service when you select shipping, so please contact us from the [Other inquiries] column if you want to get gift wrapping. We will let you know if we can deliver your order with gift wrapping later on.

◆ Sign-in (Japan only)

Please sign in before you order if you are our member. Please insert your E-mail address and your password.
You may skip sign-in and go to the next step if you have already been signed in.
If you are not a member, please sign up from here.

◆ About membership Card (Japan only)

We will issue a membership card when you become a member. You can use the card as a reward card at a store. Please check it out from here.

◆ About holding your items at a store (Japan only)

You may pick up your order if you selected the Pick-up in Store option on the online store.
Please follow the steps below.

  • Select [the Pick-up in Store] button from the product page.
  • Check the details of the page and go to [the confirmation page] to confirm your order.
  • 3. Go to [place an order through Pick-up in store] if there is nothing wrong with the content.

Once we confirm your order, we will issue a receipt number. Please check the number from here. We will send an email to you when the product is available for in-store pick up at the store you designed during the check-out process.
Please pick up the order once you received the email. Please show us your membership card at the store.
In case you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us / call us.

* The pick-up in-store does not offer the same-day pick-up.
* You can select the day you pick up three days after you place an order.

◆ About product price and payment

Please pay the total retail price (including tax), shipping fee, and other commission fees.
You may make a payment with a credit card, later payment, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for domestic shipping.
You may make a payment with a credit card, Alipay, China Union Pay, Pay Pal for international shipping.

◆ Shipping fee

The shipping fee is 550 yen (including tax).
The shipping fee will be free over 15,000 yen.

* Shipping fee for Hokkaido and Okinawa will be 1,100 yen.


International shipping is as follows.

2.0 kg 4,500 yen (including tax)
3.0 kg 5,500 yen (including tax)

◆ Credit card

We accept 「JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, Diners」.
You can select to pay in 「one, two, three, five, eight, ten, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, twenty installments」from CB, VISA, and Master card payment.
The purchase price will be drawn from your credit card company on the transaction date. Also, your credit card will be charged when the ordered item is shipped.
Transaction fees through credit card payment will be free.
NOT CONVENTIONAL WEBSTORE introduces 「3D secure」(credit card identity verification service).

This is the secure and easy later payment service from a convenience store, post office, and bank after the ordered item arrives.
Please make a payment within 14 days after the invoice is issued since the invoice will be shipped separately from the ordered item.

◆ Bank transfer (Japan only)

We accept payment in advance if you select bank transfer. When transferring money, please enter your name and the order number.
The ordered item will be shipped after we confirm your payment.
If we do not confirm the payment within 5 days, please note that we will cancel the order.

◆ Cash on delivery (Japan only)

We will ship with Yu-pack cash on delivery if you prefer cash on delivery payment.
Please pay the total of the item price, tax, shipping fee, and cash on the delivery fee to the delivery person.

◆ About delivering your order

We might need about 2 weeks to ship your order.
Please make sure if the home address is correct. We might need to cancel your order when the address is not correct.
In terms of pre-order, please check the product detail page as we provide the shipment date.
If you order items on sale and pre-order items at the same time, we ship all of them according to the pre-order items.
Please order separately from items on sale and pre-order items if you want to get the items on sale first.

◆ About international shipping

Please select 「EMS」or 「JP forwarding」for international shipping on the product page.

* You need to sign up for a membership first if you select JP forwarding.
  It might take about one month to process for international shipping.
  Custom duty might be imposed according to the destination.
  Please make sure if the home address is correct. We might need to cancel your order when the address is not correct.
* Please provide the international address on 「inquiry column」since there is not form on the information page.

◆ About failure to deliver

Should we be unable to deliver the goods to your specified delivery address, you will receive an absence notification from the delivery company.
Please rearrange the delivery date within the re-delivery available dates and receive your goods.
If we are unable to hear from you and rearrange delivery after we have made reasonable efforts to do so, then your goods will be returned to our office.

◆ When you do not receive your order

In case you do not receive your order after several days, please contact us as shown below.
If you provided the wrong address, your order will be returned to our office.
In that case, we will contact you and re-deliver with the payment for the merchandise on delivery.

◆ About exchange and return

You may not be allowed to cancel your order under any circumstances. Also, we do not allow you to return the item.
In case you return and cancel your order without notice, we are unable to refund your order.
If we deliver the wrong items, or if the delivered items are found to be defective by us, we will exchange the items or give you a refund.

◆ About security

◆ About exchange rate

The exchange rate will be applied to customers who make payments from outside Japan or who are using cards issued overseas.
This exchange rate will incur the exchange conversion fee set by the payment service you are using and your credit card.
This fee is not charged from this site but is incurred by the credit card company you are using or the payment service (PayPal, etc.).
Therefore, the date and time rates will be applied at the time of purchase and the timing of the refund, and there may be a difference.
